No Impacts to National Budget Following Ministers Reshuffling

Liputan6.com, Jakarta The Indonesian Minister of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reformation, Yuddy Chrisnandi informs that the reshuffling done this afternoon on some of the Ministers will not generate any form of impact to the expenses budget that have been yielded to each Ministry.

“There is no direct linkage whatsoever to the reshuffled Ministers failure in managing those budgets when they were in power. It is a different matter and it has no direct impact to the management of such national budget,” Minister Yuddy said, Jakarta, Wednesday (12/8/2015).

He further explains that each Ministry has properly managed the budget given and the only stage that has not been achieved yet is the execution or the implementation of such budget into the government initiated programs.

“Normally, the budget is distributed in the second semester. And so with us entering the second semester now, we will push it to the max for those budgets to be used properly and efficiently and the government in general is highly optimistic that our economy is growing positively,” he stated.

The reshuffling decision of President Jokowi according to him, is very important as it acts as an instrument that could help motivate the newly appointed Ministers to perform their best. (Akp/Rie)
